Support runs through the core of AGX, whenever items are sold we strive to exceed expectations and deliver unrivalled service levels. There are a variety of types of support available from AGX, Warranty Support, Out of Warranty Support, Return to Base, Return to Base Swap, On Site and Holistic Support Contracts. All of these are designed to deliver peace of mind and to fit within affordable budgets.
The unique mix of hardware and software support skills held within the team at AGX means that AGX can deliver excellent warranty support on behalf of manufacturers. Service levels are agreed with clients who trust AGX with their customers, probably the most valuable asset any company has.
On Site
One of the manufacturer trained engineers will service equipment on site within the agreed service level time frame. This is particularly useful with large difficult to move items.
AGX engineers can also be virtually on site in seconds by using internet based remote access tools to get your system up and running again fast.
Return to Base
When a fault is found users contact AGX initially by phone where a trained engineer will attempt to talk through the problem. If it is impossible to rectify the issue over the telephone or remote access internet connections the equipment is returned to AGX where the fault is bench repaired in our workshop and returned by courier to the end user.
Return to Base Swap
As with return to base options efforts will be made to solve problems using the phone or remote access internet connections where possible but should these be unsuccessful AGX will dispatch a replacement unit to keep customers running while the repair takes place. The courier typically arrives next day to deliver the replacement unit and collect the faulty one.
Out of Warranty Support
Once equipment has passed its warranty period there are a number of options that AGX can offer to maintain the usefulness of the system component.
Any of the “in warranty” options can be delivered as a bespoke support contract that can cover a single item or a whole system. Providing parts are available equipment can be maintained for years to maximise the investment originally made.
AGX are always happy to quote to repair an item that is not covered under warranty or a support contract on a time and materials basis. Simply fill in the on line form, print off the delivery note and send it with the unit to AGX. AGX will contact you to recommend the next practical action.
However you decide to cover your equipment AGX is flexible enough to meet most requirements.
